Renovation and remodeling of the listed Adult Education Center from 1904 in the city center of Vienna, as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of planning teams from design to construction:
internally: Structure, Building Services, Building Physics,
externally: Architecture, Fire Protection
Coordination and negotiation with authorities
Cost and schedule planning up to tendering
Coordination of tasks as a reviewing engineer
Coordination of tasks according to the construction site coordination law
Tendering and awarding of contracts
