leading the competition team (2 architects, 2 students)
design, cost and area planning
coordination of consultations with planners.
The competition is for the operational kindergarten of the ISTA institute, with 4 kindergarten groups and 4 day care groups, in timber construction. The building should meet the highest ecological requirements and fulfill all criteria for obtaining the Gold Certification according to “klima:aktive” and the “passive house institute” germany.
